You need to be logged in with your Deluxe Web account details in order to submit a support request form. This consists of your email address and a password that was emailed to you when you started your subscription with us.
Click on the icon most appropriate for your support enquiry. You’ll be asked to log in if you’re not already. Just enter your email address and password.
If you have lost or have forgotten your password, it’s easy to reset it, just click the ‘Forgot your password’ link on the login form. On the next screen, you’ll be prompted to enter your username or email. Enter the email address you used to sign up with and click the Reset Password button. You’ll be emailed a link to reset your password. Open the link in the email and you can choose a new password. You’ll now be able to log in.
We recommend storing your email and password details in your browser so you can fill these fields in quickly next time you log in. Once you’ve entered your details in the login form, your browser will ask you if you want to save the details. Do this and you can fill the login form in automatically next time.
