An email forwarder is an email address that takes incoming email and forwards it to another address. It doesn’t actually store any email at all, it just acts as a relay or signpost, directing any email to the address of your choice.
For example, for Deluxe Web, we may have an email address called tech-support@deluxeweb.co.uk that we want to direct to a particular individual. We might set that email forwarding adddress to go to bobthetechguy@gmail.com.
An email forwarder can forward to one address or many, making it very useful if you have a team that all need to receive email sent to one address.
If you’d like to set up email forwarders, just use our support forms here, and we’ll take care of it for you.
