How does it work?

  1. Simply choose the right package for you, and then choose one of our exclusive template designs. We’ll then customise the layout and colour scheme for your business. A free consultation can help you if you’re not sure where to start.
  2. You provide the content (or we can write it for you if writing’s not your thing) and we’ll choose tasteful and appropriate stock photography to give your site a professional feel.
  3. We’ll configure any functionality that your site needs, as well as integrating it with any other websites and services that you use.
  4. You’ll have a dedicated project manager to guide you through each step of the process.

Domain Name Included

If you don’t have a domain name, we’ll include the purchase and renewal of a domain with all packages.

Gmail Setup & Forwarders

Use your domain name with Gmail for professional email addresses. We’ll set it up with forwarding address aliases so if you ever move on, you don’t need to transfer all your email – just your domains.

eCommerce & Online Payments

Do you want to take online payments or sell products from your website? Our Web Standard package has everything you need.

That means you have access to all the free plugins that WordPress offers and an excellent suite of tools as standard. You’re also free to add as many pages as you like, customising your layouts as you see fit.

Built on WordPress, the world’s most popular website creation platform, using some of the world’s best themes. WordPress is more flexible and powerful than any DIY web builder.

Human Support

Our support is friendly, helpful and human. We’re on hand to help you 7 days a week. We use clever forms to help you tell us what you need so there’s no confusion. We can then respond quickly and efficiently to get things running as they should. We also have a wealth of information in our knowledge base to help you get the most from your site.

Add Plugins

If there’s some functionality you need, we can source it and install it for you, often free of charge. You’ll have access to the WordPress depository of free plugins, and we can add any commercial plugins for you if you purchase them. In many cases, we can install plugins free of charge. We may charge a small set-up fee for some plugins. Not sure which plugin you need? We can find one for you.

Domain Name

We’ll purchase and renew a domain name for you. If you want to transfer it away, that’s no problem. Get a .co.uk or equivalent domain name for One Page, or any Top Level Domain (such as .com or .org) domain on our Web Standard and Web Pro packages. We’ll take care of DNS and renewal.

Start Selling (Option)

We can provide a shopping cart and get you started selling online quickly and easily with our Web Pro package. We use WooCommerce and Stripe or PayPal to get you started with eCommerce. An SSL certificate can be installed to make your shopping cart secure.

Mobile Responsive

Our designs will adapt perfectly to mobile and tablet screens. In fact, they’ll adjust to any browser width and use mobile menus where necessary. More people actually use mobile devices to browse than desktop computers now, so it makes sense to ensure your site is mobile friendly.

Affordable Options

Options include adding ecommerce, banner slide design, payment gateway integration, WordPress group training, social media management, additional forms, or additional domains.

Maps

Embed a map of your location into your website. We’ll also set you up with Google’s ‘My Business’.

SEO Friendly

Your site will be optimised for search engine indexing. We include software to help you optimise every page of your site. Whilst we’re not an SEO company, we’ll do our best to ensure your site is easily indexed by Google and other search engines. You’ll also be able to tweak these settings for every page yourself.

Email Set Up

We’ll get you set up with a new or existing Gmail account linked with email forwarders. In our experience, this is one of the best ways to manage email for business as hosting email accounts are often nowhere near as flexible, although we can offer these if preferred.

Social Media

Send your blog posts straight to Facebook and Twitter. Help customers engage with you more easily. Place a Facebook Like Box on your site to encourage page likes, or show your feed. Show a Twitter feed. Allow users to share and like posts with a variety of social media platforms.
